A campaign sends one message to every contact on a list, personalized with merge tags. Here is the end-to-end flow.
- 1Go to Campaigns and click New Campaign.
- 2Give the campaign a name (only you see this).
- 3Choose the list you want to message.
- 4Write your message, using merge tags like {{first_name}} to personalize.
- 5Pick the sending number or pool.
- 6Review the recipient count and estimated cost, then send or schedule.
Always send a test to your own number first. Once a campaign starts sending it cannot be unsent.
