Send your first campaign

Compose a message, pick a list, and send.

A campaign sends one message to every contact on a list, personalized with merge tags. Here is the end-to-end flow.

  1. 1Go to Campaigns and click New Campaign.
  2. 2Give the campaign a name (only you see this).
  3. 3Choose the list you want to message.
  4. 4Write your message, using merge tags like {{first_name}} to personalize.
  5. 5Pick the sending number or pool.
  6. 6Review the recipient count and estimated cost, then send or schedule.

Always send a test to your own number first. Once a campaign starts sending it cannot be unsent.
