Import contacts from a CSV

The fastest way to add an audience is to upload a CSV. Infinity Reach maps your columns to contact fields and normalizes phone numbers automatically.

1. 1Prepare a CSV with at least a phone number column.
2. 2Go to Contacts (or Lists) and choose Import.
3. 3Upload the file and map each column to a field.
4. 4Review the preview, then confirm the import.
